Gaelen Means

Ecological Design, SEnior Coordinator

Gaelen comes to Bio-Logical Capital with a background at the intersection of design and science. He brings an undergraduate degree in Environmental Science, a Master’s in Landscape Architecture (MLA), and is a certified Green Roof Professional (GRP). His role on our team involves utilizing his skillset to provide design, research, analysis, spatial representation, and creative support to many different projects. Gaelen has prior experience working on community development projects in many rural communities of Western Colorado, residential landscape design, and agricultural operations. He has strong interests in site appropriate design, urban agriculture, and green infrastructure. As part of his job, he strives to work toward a more authentic and widespread understanding of the human connection to Earth’s processes. Gaelen enjoys all types of outdoor recreation which allow him to explore the endless ecologies of his region.
